Dear St. Andrew’s Family,

This is the QR code to access the Episcopal Spiritual Life Inventory (SLI). It is "live" from September 20 until October 11. Our goal is to have as many church members as possible complete the inventory. If you identify St Andrew's as your church, you are part of the group we are trying to reach.

The Spiritual Life Inventory helps us better understand where we are as a congregation and how we are growing in our relationship with God and one another. Your responses will help us listen more carefully to the spiritual needs and hopes of our community. Together, what we learn will help us discern where God may be calling us next.

Please set aside about 30 minutes to complete the inventory. It is important to note that once you start the survey you must complete it - it is not possible to take part of the survey and resume at a later time. And please answer all the questions even if they sound repetitive.

This is the second time we are doing the SLI. If you were not with us when we first did this inventory, or if you did not participate, we still want to hear from you.

All results are completely confidential. That is why you cannot stop and then restart the inventory.

After October 11th, the completed inventories will be used to create a report of our current spiritual practices. We will also receive a report that compares the results of the 2 inventories. Fr. Jeremy and the Bishop’s Committee are looking forward to discussing the results and assessing the best way to implement them for the life and worship of St Andrew’s.
